We know that pregnancy can be an exciting but also isolating time. Join a small group of other expectant mamas for this six week series. Together we will check in on each other, discuss pregnancy-related topics and end with a guided meditation.
This group is intended for the birthing person, only. Expectant people are welcome at any point in pregnancy.
Help ease your transition into motherhood in our 6-week Motherhood Series and build friendships with other new moms along the way! We will cover topics such as physical healing, mental health and well-being, relationships, sleep, work/family balance, identity, self-image and breast and bottle feeding.
This doesn’t have to be your first baby! We welcome all postpartum people, whether you have recently given birth or adopted a baby. Babies should be between 2 weeks and 10 weeks old at the start of the series. Bring your baby along to socialize with other new parents and babes. We recommend registering for a series that begins approximately one month after your guess date.
*This series is an extension of our weekly Free New Mom Group and incorporates guest speakers and weekly themes.
For all mothers with babies 1 day to 12 months old. Connect with each other, ask questions, share advice, laugh, cry, and talk about life with a new baby. Occasionally, we bring in a guest speaker to offer insight into popular parenting topics. Babies are always welcome, and groups are led to accommodate all parenting styles. Start anytime, and come as many times as you like! Offered weekly in studio.

Perinatal Loss includes first and second trimester miscarriage, missed (silent) miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, neonatal death, and more. Perinatal loss is a devastating experience. It’s important to acknowledge this grief, take time to heal, speak out and seek space to honor your experience.
In this 2 hour circle, you’ll be guided in mindfulness + processing within a supportive group setting.
Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it also takes a village to support a parent through the grief of losing a child. We warmly welcome all who have experienced any kind of loss, wherever you may be on your grief journey. We also welcome those who are pregnant again after loss.
