Birth Doula Support

Let our professional birth doulas guide and help you with your birth journey. Using evidence-based support techniques, doulas are shown to improve pregnancy outcomes and birth satisfaction and give you the best chance of achieving your ideal birth plan – whatever that may be.

Postpartum Doula Care

After your big day(s!), the transformation into parenthood begins. We’ll provide you and your family highly skilled care at home, including lactation support, sleep support, emotional support, referrals and resources, newborn care, sibling integration, meal prep, light housework, and help with rest and recovery.

Doula Companion Care

Let us accompany you in planning or attending medical appointments as a support person (either in lieu of – or in addition to – a client’s partner). With companion care, a client invites a doula to attend midwifery, OBGYN procedures, or other appointments with them, such as IVF monitoring, colposcopies, D&C procedures, and/or surrogacy journey appointments. $75/hr, 2 hr minimum.

Serving You In The Twin Cities Metro Area

Our service area includes the entire Minneapolis & Saint Paul metro area. A $120 travel fee is added for clients farther than 15 miles from our studio location in South Minneapolis.
