Molly Hajkova

Molly is a CMT with a background in prenatal and postnatal Swedish massage—integrating aspects of Thai Bodywork and Lomi Lomi techniques.
She completed her training with the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand in September of 2017, and Swedish prenatal and postpartum massage training with Jaina Portwood of Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, MN in 2019. She is certified in Reiki level 1 through Shambakla Integral Therapias in the lineage of Micao Usui. She enjoys customizing her approach to meet the needs of each individual client, guiding her work with focused presence.

Jessica Lantz

Jessica graduated with her CMT from Aveda Institute in 2016 with the knowledge of many modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and pressure point massage.
She also received her prenatal certification through the Institute of Somatic Therapy. She offers prenatal and postnatal massage. During her career as a massage therapist she’s had the privilege of providing several hours of therapeutic massage to clients who have sustained sports related injuries and injuries due to motor vehicle accidents both acute and chronic. Jessica has always felt that massage therapy is a truly healing modality. While it works to relieve and heal the stress and pain in our physical body it can simultaneously calm and balance our emotional and mental sense of wellbeing. To that end it is her personal goal and honor to provide each client with an experience designed to benefit their particular needs.

Gretchen Pearson

Gretchen hopes to help facilitate your health using the tools she’s been studying for the past nine years: Massage Therapy, Yoga, and Whole Body Elemental Health Education.
Her goal is to create a personalized massage experience to fit your body’s specific needs, starting with a basic outline, Nourishing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Myofascial Therapy Release, Sports Therapy, Prenatal / Postnatal Massage. Based on your needs she then combines reflexology, acupressure, stretching, range of motion, trigger point therapy, cupping, and shiatsu to create your personalized experience. Clients may choose a specific treatment in any of the above if they prefer to focus on one modality. She is confident that together you can co-create a more vibrant and healthy you, and also offers half-hour one on one elemental health education consultations. Practicing massage therapy and health education is an ongoing blessing; she wakes up every day excited and grateful to be a part of that journey into health for all who come.

Suzie Shoultz

Suzie feels drawn to practicing massage and finds great comfort in being able to help others achieve their best selves by assisting in their health care needs.

Suzie is a 2014 graduate of Soma Institute of Massage school in Chicago. She has been practicing pre and postnatal massage for almost 10 years. One of the most rewarding parts of working with pre and postnatal mom’s is knowing that you were able to ease the challenges of pregnancy.
Suzie is trained in prenatal, postnatal, myofascial and neuromuscular work. She is also a Reiki practitioner, craniosacral therapist, trauma informed and certified birth doula. Suzie is always working towards learning new techniques to enhance your treatment.
Suzie is very spiritual and holistic in her practice. Energy is a huge part of the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical or emotional pain. These energy blocks can cause illness. Improving the flow of energy can enable relaxation, pain reduction and reduce symptoms of illness.
In her spare time, Suzie is a new home owner. She is three generations plus one. New hobbies are yard work, 4 small gardens and searching for a pet. Favorite quote, “Not in doing what you like, but in liking what you do is the secret to happiness!” J.M.Barrie

Megan Collins

Megan (She/Her) has been practicing soft tissue techniques and bodywork for the past 6+ years and is passionate about using techniques that help assist the body in healing itself rather than hindering its natural processes.

She has explored many avenues of soft tissue techniques and is trained in medi cupping, massage cupping, facial cupping, active release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling. Megan truly believes that these techniques can help decrease pain and tension, improve movement, and kickstart relaxation processes in the body which in turn helps rejuvenate both mental and physical health.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They also enjoy all the animals they have in the house, including a dog, a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko, a corn snake, and a chameleon. They love spending time outside and exploring new ice cream, coffee, or donut shops!

Darcy Holderman

Darcy is trained in a variety of massage and healing modalities that release tension, relieve pain, ease the mind and spirit, and create balance throughout a person’s entirety.

The foundation of her work is built upon the importance of nervous system regulation and relaxation which are necessary for lasting change and good health. Each bodywork session is guided by knowledge and intuition, creating a space where the body can heal and become a catalyst towards living a vibrant life.

She earned her certificate in Massage Therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University where she was educated in anatomy and a variety of massage techniques. Interested in the subtle aspects of our being, Darcy studied Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She is certified in Dynamic Body Balancing, a modality that can be especially helpful for proper alignment during pregnancy and delivery.
