Tap into the transformative power of Reiki, a holistic practice that promotes healing on multiple levels. Calm anxiety, restore energy balance, and release tension and stress from both body and mind with the gentle touch of Reiki therapy.

By channeling universal life force energy, Reiki facilitates the natural healing processes within your body, promoting physical and emotional well-being. Experience the profound effects of Reiki’s hands-on, light-touch approach, and enhance your session with the option to incorporate crystals upon request.

This Reiki session is tailored specifically for infants and children, from newborns up to the age of 13. The session lasts between 10-20 minutes, with adjustments made to suit your child’s comfort and mood.

Reiki is a gentle healing practice that promotes stress reduction and relaxation by using non-invasive hand placements to transfer universal energy (“Reiki”). The session takes place with your child fully clothed, either lying on a massage table, in your arms, or even playing nearby, depending on their preference. If your little one has a hard time sitting still, they might not be the best candidate for Reiki.

Reiki is safe for all ages, including babies and pregnant individuals. Most people feel relaxed afterward, with potential benefits like improved sleep, clearer thinking, and even relief from health symptoms.

Note: children under 14 years old must be accompanied by their guardian during sessions. Children 14-17 years old require a guardian in the building (but not in room).

Based on your needs she then combines reflexology, acupressure, stretching, range of motion, trigger point therapy, cupping, and shiatsu to create your personalized experience.
