This 6-week, in-person workshop is crafted to hold a powerful, intentional, and safe space for mothers-to-be to heal, grow, and be with those craving the same.

Class Description

Pregnancy is a powerful time of transition, expansion, and new beginnings, and also a significant time for connection to self, to baby, and to other expecting mothers. This 6-week, in-person workshop is crafted to hold a powerful, intentional, and safe space for mothers-to-be to heal, grow, and be with those craving the same.

Each week will include gentle yoga, guided meditation or visualization, intentional ceremony, and powerful conversations around pregnancy-related topics such as:

  • community-building and support
  • fears and shifting expectations
  • nutrition
  • self-care and changing self-image
  • sensuality and sexuality
  • celebrations and honoring the threshold

This class is intended for the birthing person, only. Expectant people are welcome to join at any point in pregnancy. This series is recommended for anyone near the end of their first trimester of pregnancy and beyond, to benefit from the resources, connections and intentions throughout your pregnancy, birthing and beyond.

Using evidence-based support techniques, doulas are shown to improve pregnancy outcomes and birth satisfaction and give you the best chance of achieving your ideal birth plan - whatever that may be.
