Find professional, holistic care with community acupuncture. Heal in a peaceful, shared space with personalized treatments for a variety of conditions.
Community acupuncture is a model of care where multiple patients are treated in a shared space rather than in private rooms. Community acupuncture is part of a larger effort to provide holistic healthcare in a more inclusive, community-driven environment. This approach fosters a sense of collective healing and allows for more frequent treatments at a lower cost, which can be beneficial for treating many conditions with more consistent care.
Sessions tend to focus on acupuncture points on the lower legs, arms, and head, allowing for a wide range of conditions to be addressed without disrobing. Patients typically sit in a reclined position or lay on yoga mats with bolsters and blankets. The process is gentle, quiet, warm, and healing. Open appointment slots are available every 15 minutes, and each personalized treatment lasts 45 minutes to an hour in the restful and peaceful environment of Blooma’s Yoga studios.
For those new to acupuncture, this is a great opportunity to try it with low commitment. There are many techniques to making it a pain-free and peaceful experience, along with an effective treatment strategy for a wide variety of symptoms. All are welcome!
The first visit lasts for up to two hours and allows time and space for me to learn about your health and about you as a whole.
I utilize both traditional and functional medicine testing to investigate the root cause of health concerns and help patients establish a health baseline.
I continue to support patients on their health journey with
follow-ups, tailored to their health concerns.
