Free from any annual contracts, your monthly membership may be canceled at any time if you need a break*.
Yes! Your membership can be paused for anything health or birth related. Suspension goes on a 60 day default period, but if you prefer more or less time, just reach out to us at info@blooma.com.
Your bill date will be the same day each month and your membership will roll on a month-to-month basis. You’re not locked into a minimum monthly commitment unless you’ve purchased a promotional membership that specifies a timeframe.
We request 10 days’ notice before your bill date in order to cancel your membership. Email us at info@blooma.com with the header “AUTOPAY CHANGE” or chat with us over the phone to make the adjustment to your account.
