Designed to both nurture and challenge you, Blooma prenatal yoga inspires trust in your birthing journey while providing a supportive community to discuss what you are experiencing with other expectant students.

Our expert instructors will guide you through gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques, promoting relaxation and strength for a healthier pregnancy. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

All stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience are welcome.
